Black & white split-level penthouse: 3500 sq. ft.

We were approached by a client from the fashion industry to design a multi-functional apartment to serve as a studio. atelier, and conference space. Since the apparel designed by the owner is full of colours, we decided to limit the palette of the interior to monochromatic black and white, so the clothes in the studio can stand out. Lots of sunlight enters through the huge ceiling windows, while glass banisters and a long, wide space create a theatrical catwalk effect. The mirrored area with a gym function on the lower floor resembles a dance hall.
